Santa Caterina

The convent of Santa Caterina is a restricted historical area, located in the heart of Treviso, which had many critics, both functional and structural. The project was divided into three phases, which have led to a new system of access and enjoyment of the entire complex, through different strategies: the inclusion of services to support international exhibitions, the reorganization of museum itineraries, the rearrangement of some wings according to the box in box principle, the restoration of fine parts, the reopening of the underground hall and the redefinition of the entrance volume.

Lisbon Under Stars

Lisbon Under Stars was a multidisciplinary experience, which gathered multimedia projections, virtual dancers and visual effects to the sounds of Portuguese music. Several Portuguese artists were presented in one coherent work: dancers, singers, urban artists, painters and multimedia artists. The immersive show was presented at the Ruins of Carmo Church, Portuguese heritage site, providing a new way of experiencing the history of more than 600 years of Lisbon and Portugal. The Church was addressing the audience and narrating the story, making the audience feel at the center of the story.

Kamiyama SHIZQ Project

One and only beauty. A stack of annual rings is a design that only the nature that the mountain of the god of Japan raises. Technology that lasts 1000 years. A masterpiece that traditional craftsmen who hardly remained in Japan carefully finished one by one. A miracle that the climate of Japan occurred. Warm and soft touch and mouthfeel are comfortable, lightweight and excellent in keeping warmth retaining ability is Japanese cedar. The annual rings piled up for years in the mountain of god are still alive, to meet someone.

IT History Hall

Her design is the first cultural experience linking modern day cyber security and information protection in Ancient Egypt. All the artefacts and symbols in this cultural museum were researched and authenticated by an Egyptologist and cyber security professional. The project was designed to take the visitor on journey back in time to not only learn but live the story. The layout, materials and lighting as well as products, artefacts and symbols were carefully designed to enhance the mystique feel. The space is multi purpose equipped to be used for various corporate events and activities.

Freebooter

Designed and developed by Amsterdam-based studio GG-loop, the residendial project is an expression of the studio’s philosophy of responding to the design brief with the experience and well-being of the end-user in mind. The movement of the sun year-round was studied to create the parametric shape and positioning of the building’s louvers, allowing optimal sunlight to flood the apartment while at the same time maintaining the necessary privacy of the inhabitants. The floor-plan and organic lines were also created with careful consideration to daily use and the typical tasks of the dwellers.

Twin Lotus

Upon arrival at the Noi Bai international airport visitors are welcomed by twin murals depicting lotus ponds in full bloom. The lotus, the national flower of Vietnam, was selected as the focus for 2 impressive 720 sq. meter outdoor murals painted on the facade of the T2 terminal. For over 2 months, lead designer Thu Thuy and New Hanoi Arts company worked creating these 15 meter high murals which were unveiled in January 2019. The blooming lotus reflecting in the pool and in the terminal’s glass windows, creates a sense of endless beauty and peace, a surrealism first impression of Hanoi.
